Transcript

Hi everyone I am Pam Radley and I am one of the Operations Managers at Better Leisure.

We run leisure centres across the whole country, and we’re really excited that soon we will be reopening our doors.

But things will be a bit different. You’ll now be required to book your session online via the Better app. You can no longer turn up and play.

Social distancing is in place in our gyms and fitness classes of two meters. This is for your safety.

In the gyms they’ll look a little bit different and have been remodeled, just like this one.

If you are taking a dip in our pool, please come beach ready. That means that you've got your swim stuff on underneath your clothes. This reduces the amount of time that you will be spending in changing rooms.

Once in the pool, you’ll notice that the lanes have doubled in size. There is increased cleaning and hygiene regimes throughout the whole centre.

The safety of our staff and customers is our absolute number one priority and we look forward to seeing you very soon.
