Hi I’m Simon, I’m Head of Operations for Vue UK & Ireland.

With the app, we had the whole circuit downloaded within a day individual cinema QR registration literally took a matter of minutes and then in terms of communicating that out to the cinemas and teams and setting it up - very straightforward.

Teams and customers have found it really straightforward to use. It’s very simple to implement - most of the customers have already got the app available.

Physically itself it takes literally a second for anyone to use. And so in that sense I think it’s a really positive and simple implementation for any business.

The government has published COVID-19 secure guidance to support businesses to reopen and keep workers and customers safe so they feel confident to return.
