Video transcript

Hi, my name is Martin Vaughan, and I’m the operations manager at the Feversham Arms Hotel in Helmsley in North Yorkshire.

This week we are undergoing all our risk assessments and all our staff are undergoing certified training with regards to the opening of the hotel and the current government guidelines.

Our reception will also become contactless for guests at check in and check out and we will also be disinfecting all our room keys prior to guests arrival.

In our restaurant we will also be introducing social distancing to the tables, and allowing guests to make use of our extensive outdoor dining facilities around the pool and spa terrace, as well as offering in room dining should guests want.

We will also be implementing all our sanitisation stations around the hotel, to allow guests to sanitise as they walk round and venture round the different parts of the hotel.

We are delighted to be part of the Good to Go campaign which is recognised by Visit England and highlights our commitment to implementing a safe environment for our guests and team members.
