Hi, I’m Steven Hesketh, CEO of the Savvy hotel group, we operate The Richmond Hotel, Sleep Eat Love Hostel and Love Thy Neighbour cafe bar in Liverpool City Centre. And we also operate across the Mersey in Chester at the Townhouse hotel.

Our actions to reopen have included, installing sneeze guards across all reception and bar areas. We have installed hands free sanitiser units throughout our properties. Our team are wearing face masks throughout and have all undergone immense training and risk assessment inductions before returning to work. We have strict policy on temperature checks when they all arrive to work, and much much more.

All our rooms and all our touch points are regularly sanitised and have undergone immense scrutiny to see what is best.

Within our accommodation rooms we have made immense change. We have done things like remove scatter pillows, magazines, and enhanced cleaning schedules, and that is to ensure sanitisation is at the highest standards.
