Good morning, My name’s Carol Harrison and I’m the first floor manager of Barkers Home, Northallerton, North Yorkshire.

Here at the homestore we sell a full range of home furnishings. We employ at least 60 members of staff. The welfare of our staff and customers is very important to us, so a full team were in preparing the store, getting ready for opening, doing a full risk assessment and so obviously we feel we are very covid-secure.

We’ve got signage throughout the store, we’ve got sanitisers available everywhere. We’ve got shields on all the till points and all the sales desks as well.

We do feel we've done everything within our power to make sure we are Covid secure.
