Video transcript

We’re incredibly lucky at Elements that we have a spacious salon so we’re able to easily cater for distancing and removing any risk of congestion or people being too close to each other.

This is a typical styling area, where one stylist will be looking after clients and as you can see on each what we call a styling station there is a cleanse kit and each client will have their own wellbeing kit. So we believe we’ve thought of everything to keep the environment welcoming, feeling like it’s a great experience still, but with wellbeing being a priority.

We’ve also made sure that in each area of the salon instead of stylists normally going to a central point to collect products or different supplies for clients that all of that is exactly next to the stylist in each working area, so our stylists won’t be needing to move around the building, which will again give people the confidence that they’re sort of in one place with one person, being perfectly looked after.

We’re just really excited to get back to being a vital part of our communities, rebuilding everything in the community and making sure everyone stays safe and well.
