Hi, I’m Colin from the Breckland Lodge Hotel at Attleborough in Norfolk. Just going though some of the measures we’re putting in place to make a safe happy environment for when you come back in to join us.

When you first check in, everything will be done by booking only. You’ll have your temperature taken, from an app that we’ve got in the reception area.

You’ll then make your way through a one-way system, through to either the bar, coffee lounge, restaurant or accommodation and be taken to the table that you’ve booked.

Everything is done by table service, we’ve also got an ordering app that can do drinks, food, anything that you require, even for food at the hotel.

The staff are all fully trained with PPE gear and they’re looking forward to welcoming you back as well.

Breckland Council, I have to say have been absolutely brilliant in the way that they’ve helped us put all these measures in place. Without them, I’m not sure that we’d have have done as well as we have. So a big thank you to them.

We’re very confident that with everything that we’ve put in place, all the procedures we’ve got, the health and safety that we’ve done, we’re very confident that you’re going to come back and have a very happy experience in a very safe environment and we do look forward to seeing you all again.
