We are really looking forward to welcoming everyone back to our centres. Our customers, our retailers and our employees.

The scale of Europe's two largest shopping centres means we can safely manage the flow of customers around our malls.

We are using one way systems with roundabout junctions where relevant. We have heightened all of our hygiene measures and we've made hand sanitisers accessible across the mall.

By using our guest services and our experienced security teams we can help support  queueing systems and also to ensure that visitors and employees adhere to social distancing.

Managing the health and safety elements of reopening Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City are our biggest priority right now.

I can confidently say that our robust plans address not only all of the Government guidance but go above and beyond. We don't underestimate the importance of getting these measures right.

It's critical for us to ensure that our customers, our retailers and our employees feel safe when they return to our centres and that they understand that we genuinely care about their wellbeing.
